Peach Paloma Mocktails

A non-alcoholic riff on the classic Mexican tequila-based cocktail, the Paloma.

Ingredients

Peach Paloma Mocktail

  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice fresh squeezed or Sicilia bottled lime juice
  • 2 ounces peach simple syrup
  • 4 ounces peach-pear La Croix water

Peach Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup simple syrup follow my Simple Syrup recipe noted above
  • 1 cup diced peaches

Instructions

  1. Make simple syrup recipe and chill.

  2. Chill a cocktail shaker.

  3. Dice peaches.

  4. Add peaches to a blender to puree until smooth. The amounts noted will yield enough syrup for several cocktails.

  5. Juice grapefruits and limes (if you choose to juice the limes as well).

  6. Add the peach simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime juice to a chilled cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.

  7. Strain the mixture into a double old fashioned or high ball glass and top with 4 ounces of La Croix peach-pear water.

Recipe Notes

Some additional notes - this recipe can easily be made alcoholic by adding 2 ounces of good tequila blanco and paring back the La Croix peach-pear water (a splash to about 2 ounces depending on your preference).
